Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GrowSyncs ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Use License
Permission is granted to access and use the Service for your business use in accordance with your subscription. This is a limited license, not a transfer of title. You may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service except as permitted
This license terminates if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Suspend services due to technical issues or security concerns
- Modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice where practicable
- Limit access to maintain system performance and security
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Payment Terms
Subscription and Billing
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per your selected plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: We may offer a money-back guarantee for new subscriptions as stated at purchase.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Cancel, Deactivate, and Delete
These actions are distinct. Choosing the wrong one can have different effects on billing and data retention.
Cancel Subscription
Cancels renewal at the end of the current billing period. CRM access continues until that date. Payments are generally non-refundable and unused time is not prorated, except where required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable buyer and refund policies.
Deactivate
Performed by a Super Admin. Blocks organization login while retaining data for possible later reactivation or review. Deactivation is not the same as cancelling billing or deleting the organization.
Delete Organization
Permanent. Organization data is removed per our deletion process, billing is cancelled immediately, and no refund is provided for the current period (except where required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable buyer and refund policies). See also our Data Deletion Policy.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowSyncs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; service interruptions; security breaches; or errors in content or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GrowSyncs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. To request account or data deletion, see our Data Deletion Policy or contact us.
